Refund policy

At So Nourishing, each product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients.

Because our skincare products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

Weather & Shipping Conditions

Our products are made with natural oils, butters, and waxes that may soften, melt, harden, or change texture during extreme temperatures or weather conditions.

So Nourishing is not responsible for delays, damage, or product texture changes caused by:

  • Heat or cold exposure during transit

  • Weather events or natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

If your product softens or melts, simply allow it to return to room temperature before opening. Texture changes do not affect product quality or effectiveness.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Please review ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. So Nourishing is not responsible for individual allergic reactions.

All sales made at markets or in-person events are final.
